Ballstad Omega-3 Premium Fish Oil Capsules provide high-quality, highly concentrated fish oil with natural omega-3 fatty acids of Norwegian origin. Each capsule contains pure premium fish oil with a high content of EPA and DHA.

This village is located on a small island that is part of the Lofoten archipelago, 200 km above the Arctic Circle, and with a population of about 1000 people, fishing has been the village's main lifestyle for thousands of years, earning income from here. Why Omega-3 is important for the body?
Our body is a very powerful, unique and complex machine. Omega-3 fatty acids are one of the supportive foods that our body needs to function smoothly.
