The Ballstad Omega-3 Premium Fish Oil Capsules are rich in DHA and EPA and contain only highly concentrated premium fish oil with omega-3 fatty acids.

The fish oil contained in our capsules is a highly concentrated fish oil and is produced according to high quality standards* and under strict safety controls. The daily portion of three Ballstad Omega-3 fish oil capsules contains 1050mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 540mg are EPA and 390mg are DHA.

*The quality standards are in accordance with the regulations of the Norwegian Food Safety Authority and have been established by them.

This village is located on a small island that is part of the Lofoten archipelago, 200 km above the Arctic Circle, and with a population of about 1000 people, fishing has been the village's main lifestyle for thousands of years, earning income from here. Why Omega-3 is important for the body?
Our body is a very powerful, unique and complex machine. Omega-3 fatty acids are one of the supportive foods that our body needs to function smoothly. However, since our body cannot produce omega-3 fatty acids such as EPA or DHA*, we have to consume them regularly through food or dietary supplements.
